All materials provided in the VIP Group Coaching program are the intellectual property of Social with Rocki. This includes, but is not limited to, text, videos, graphics, branding, and other content. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any program content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. No Guarantees of Results
The VIP Group Coaching program provides tools, strategies, and support designed to help you grow your business. However, we cannot guarantee any specific results. Your success in the program depends on various factors, including your commitment, implementation, and external variables beyond our control. By enrolling, you acknowledge that individual results will vary.
5. Payment and No Refund Policy
Payment Terms: Payment for the VIP Group Coaching program is required in full or through an approved payment plan. All payments are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our No Refund Policy.Payment Plans: If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the program.
6. User Conduct
Participants are expected to contribute positively and respectfully within the program environment. Social with Rocki reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

By participating in the VIP Group Coaching program, you may have access to sensitive or confidential information shared by other participants. You agree to respect the privacy of other members and not to disclose any confidential information shared during the program.
8. Termination of Access
